WRECK Creation's Ethics:

What would a reputable business be without good company ethics? At WRECK Creation, we pride ourselves on upholding #standards and #fairness in every aspect. Our facility is overseen by The Sports Facilities Companies, which provides the state regulated standards for recreational facilities, and ultimately helps WRECK Creation excel. Our fairness is practiced through the way that we treat every customer and staff member with the utmost respect, as well as in our consistent business practices.

Maintaining excellence is the standard at WRECK Creation, but we don’t just say it, we practice it. Our guest’s safety is our top priority, so with that we will always provide a safe atmosphere. We clean our facility regularly, ensure that we have the appropriate number of staff to guest ratio, we don’t exceed the facility’s capacity, and our entire facility is up to code as mandated by NRPA. Additionally, we properly document any mishaps that may occur with staff members and guests, which keeps us in compliance with government and insurance procedures. Finally, we have two staff members that are CPR certified on hand, and we have established emergency procedures in the event that the facility needs to be evacuated.

As for fairness, WRECK Creation will always be a beacon of light for fairness. We do this through our business practices and through a moral sense of responsibility to our guests. We stand behind everything that we advertise, to include our policies, prices, promotions, and employment. Each of these are free of ambiguity and stated in plain language so that there is no confusion. Likewise, we are very upfront with our guests, so that they know what and what not to expect when they visit WRECK Creation. Finally, we are continuously seeking ways to improve our business in every way, so we stay connected to reputable resources. The IDEA Codes is an excellent source that we look to for this type of improvement.
